Proove Pizza introduced their brand of authentic Neopolitan pizza to Sheffield diners in 2015, with the opening of their restaurant in Broomhill. Owners Deepak and Rob are passionate about their techniques and ingredients – every pizza is made fresh to order with the finest quality ingredients. The secret though, is in the dough. It’s home-made every day with ’00’ flour and proved for a minimum of 20 hours. Then it’s hand stretched and topped with that all important tomato sauce – made only (and always) with San Marzano tomatoes which are grown in the rich volcanic soil around Mount Vesuvius.

Riverford Organic Growers The Riverford box scheme began when Guy Watson started delivering vegetables locally to 30 friends in Devon. They now deliver around 47,000 boxes a week to homes around the UK from their regional farms. As Riverford got bigger and more popular, it also got smaller and more local.
