Catch Joe in the Theatre Kitchen Marquee from 2 – 2:30pm on Sunday 28th May.
He will be making a vegan chocolate mousse using Aquafaba, as featured in the Sheffield Cookbook: Second Helpings.
Joe Berry has been the Head Chef at Inox Dine since 2013 and enjoys the challenges from the many different types of offers they have: from Morning Scones to working with liquid nitrogen, they have every angle covered!!. Prior to working at Inox, he worked at Losehill House Hotel as Sous Chef for 3 years, Chequers Outside caterers and The Prospect to name but a few. He has also worked in Canada and Switzerland and has owned and run a business in France. Joe is now happily settled back in his home town of Sheffield living in Nether Edge.
